Improvements to Venturi, XmlXPath and FilterPartByName

Description

Venturi:
- allows for strings as a result from an xpath
- changed configuration by using dicts
- old configuration still possible, but with DeprecationWarning
XmlXPath:
- now supports fromKwarg, toKwarg configuration
- old style still supported, but with DeprecationWarning
FilterPartByName:
- now also supports add messages.
