OaiAddRecordWithDefaults a bit more flexible

Description

OaiAddRecordWithDefaults adds a record based on a given identifier
to a observing OaiJazz component. Formerly you had to pass an lxmlNode,
which is not used. This is now resolved by accepting all args or kwargs.
The only mandatory argument is the identifier.
