Title

Added rss on every repository status

Description

For every repository is an RSS feed available with the status of the last harvest action. This status is the same as shown in the showHarvesterStatus page. The RSS feed will be updated on every harvest (except Nothing to be done)
- GetStatus page is now completely handled using DynamicHTML
- RepositoryStatus component is rewritten for usage in DynamicHTML templates
