QueryLog from Edurep project

Description

Component QueryLog created for the Edurep project from Kennisnet (http://www.kennisnet.nl) is
now added to the Meresco Components Suite.
The new module meresco.components.logging contains several components to
provide users with a detailed log of e.g. the SRU queries. Some of the components are:
- LogFileServer: is a HTTP services serving the created log files.
- QueryLog: will log the requested query
- QueryLogHelperForSru: is a helper to fill the exact details of the requested query. Works together
with the QueryLog.
