Title

RSS Component now uses WebQuery

Description

The RSS Component used to construct its own CQL-query.
To keep website query-construction and RSS query-construction in sync
WebQuery is now also used in the RSS Component.
Additionally filters, like drilldown, can be communicated by using
"filter" arguments the the http-request.
