Title

More support for asynchronous messages.

Description

As of weightless 0.4.11 there is support to suspend generators by yielding
Suspend objects. (See e.g. Msgbox) In order for these objects to work they
must be yielded to the HttpServer. Some objects needed to be changed to
support this new behavior. Changes are e.g. using asyncdo like:
'yield self.asyncdo....' i.s.o. self.do....
