Changeset: fix-lucene-unlock-for-non-reiserfs

Title

Fix for lucenetools/unlock to work on non-reiserfs file systems.

Description

Unlock uses 'lsof' to check for users of an index and only removes the lock when there are no users. The 'lsof' command issued a warning on reiserfs file systems which was not properly dealt with. This caused errors on non reiserfs file systems. This has been fixed.
